  13. I sold Frank Zhang of Flushing New York a 4091 card.  First he argued
  14. me down to a lower price than I was asking for, and now he's stopped
  15. payment on the check, without getting in touch with me to explain why,
  16. and without returning the 4091.

  18. Frank, if you're reading this, I'll give you one week to (A) replace
  19. the check with a money order in the amount of $201.50 (the original
  20. amount of the check plus $10), or (B) return the A-4091 card by
  21. OVERNIGHT mail, plus $10 CASH or MONEY ORDER to cover what my bank
  22. charged me for YOUR BAD CHECK.

  24. After this time, I will turn the matter over to the New York State
  25. Prosecutor's office.  Check fraud is a FELONY, and the prosecutor's
  26. office vigorously pursues prosecution in matters like this.

  28. This has caused me great hardship.  I am a college student, and I was
  29. depending on that money to be able to make next month's rent.  It was
  30. only reluctantly that I sold it to begin with.  I've never sold
  31. anything through comp.sys.amiga.marketplace, before, and I'll be
  32. damned if I ever do again!

  34. Anybody out there, I urge you DO NOT DEAL WITH NING (FRANK) ZHANG of
  35. FLUSHING, NY.  Also, do not use USPS for C.O.D.  Even if you check
  36. CASH, and they charge you to get a money order, there's still no
  37. guarantee the the postal delivery cretin won't take a check anyway.
